Biography

Tigrevurmud Vorn (Japanese: ティグルヴルムド=ヴォルン, Hepburn: Tiguruvurumudo Vorun) was born as the only child of House Vorn, a hunter based aristocrat family who ruled Alsace with benevolence. Even as a child, Tigre was beloved by the people of Alsace and even some Brune aristocrats. He trained under his father Urs, who was also an Earl of Alsace, in honing and refining his archery and hunting skills to responsibility in ruling Alsace with selflessness and perseverance. He was told by his father that his family's heirloom which was the Black Bow should only to be used in emergencies. Even as a Brune noble, Tigre was ridiculed and belittled almost by everyone not only because of his handicap for unable to use other weapons except his bow, but also he relevance to Alsace as its only noble. In his childhood, Tigre heard stories and folklore from his mother, who later passed away when he was 9 years old. At that time, Tigre also befriended with Titta, a local shrine maiden's daughter who often visited his manor and worked as a maid. But when Titta's mother objected Titta's quest to be House Vorn's housemaid. Instead, he encouraged her to follow her dream while practicing her shrine maiden's duty during his absence. In his youth, Tigre also had to burned a plague infested village in order to prevent the outbreak spreading to Alsace. After Urs succumbed to his illness and passed away, Tigre became the family's sole legacy and inherited Earldom of Alsace. Since then, Tigre came under the care of Mashas and Bertrand.

After Brune's horrible defeat in Dinant Plains he was captured by a Vanadis, Eleonora Viltaria, and held captive when he was unable to pay a hefty ransom. Ironically, Elen became Tigre's primary support and he became one of Silver Meteor Army's most proficient war generals, while becoming a third force in Brune's Civil War against Felix Aaron Thenardier and Maximilian Bennusa Ganelon. He later became a renowned war hero for ending Brune's civil war. After Torbalan's ambush, Tigre had drifted-off to an unknown shore and suffered amnesia upon waking up. Ever since then, he has lived as Urs. Under this moniker, he encountered Elizaveta Fomina and later became her 1st hand-picked subordinate until his encounters and battle against Baba Yaga where he started to regain his memory.

Overview

Personality and attributes

In appearance, Tigrevurmud Vorn was a teenager who stood above average in height and had a tall, lean and athletic figure. He had tousled brown-red hair and large, innocent looking hazel eyes. He typically dressed in light armor suited for mobility, overlaid with the practical garments of a ranger or hunter—earth tones and leather suited for archery and stealth. His most distinguishing possession was his longbow, a weapon of unmatched craftsmanship that seemed to resonate with his will. Later in his journey, Tigre came into possession of the Black Bow, a mystical artifact imbued with the power of the Black Dragon. After saving Alsace, he came to known as the King of the Magic Bullet (Madan no Ou, 魔弾の王). He also came to be honored by Kreys after repelling Muozinel's invasion with him being called Star Shooter (Silvrash, 流星落者シーヴラーシュ). In addition, King Faron of Brune named Tigre as the Knight of the Moonlight (Lumiere, 月光の騎士ルイェレ) after the end of the Brune Civil War.

Tigre was a righteous man of valor and justice who will fight to protect Alsace from any enemy threats, out of filial responsibility and love for his people rather than loyalty to the crown. Unlike Brune's other aristocrats and nobles, Tigre lives a humble and frugal life and treats his people with the respect and benevolence that they deserve. His love for Alsace is so strong that he is willing to defend at all costs, and he will even risk his life to do so.

Powers and abilities

Tigrevurmud Vorn was a human with no inherent supernatural powers, yet his physical and martial prowess placed him among the greatest warriors of his age. His mastery of archery bordered on the supernatural—able to strike targets with pinpoint accuracy at impossible distances and even pierce through armor or incoming projectiles. The Black Bow he wielded amplified these talents, allowing him to unleash devastating energy blasts and control the flow of battle with precision and finesse. Tigre also possessed keen eyesight, exceptional reflexes, and a tactical mind honed through experience, enabling him to anticipate enemy movements and adapt to changing conditions mid-battle. His leadership and resilience, combined with his unshakable moral compass, made him not only a formidable combatant but also a unifying force in a world fractured by ambition and war.

A genius archer, Tigre's skill with the bow and arrow is beyond excellent. He had the longest range in the entire continent with a normal bow and he is capable of tremendously precise accuracy e.g. from shooting fast moving small animals or minute kinks in the armor from afar to even deviating an arrow from other archers. Additionally, he can shoot up to three arrows at once with it while riding a horse. Due to this credibility, Tigre was even dubbed as a 'monster' in archery by both enemies and allies alike. Unfortunately for Tigre, despite his strong skills in archery, he isn't very proficient in any other weapons besides the bow and perhaps his knife. Although, he also has refined hunting skills, which he commonly applies to his tactics in battle.

One of the most prized relics of his ancestors was the Black Bow (黒弓 Kuroyumi).
