Biography
Ryohei Sasagawa (Japanese: 笹川 了平, Hepburn: Sasagawa Ryōhei)
Sasagawa was abruptly pulled into a frantic, high-speed dash toward Namimori Middle School when he was accidentally grabbed by a desperate Tsunayoshi Sawada, who was charging forward under the full, reality-bending influence of a Dying Will Bullet. Sporting short, spiky white hair and a white adhesive bandage across the bridge of his nose, the hot-blooded boxing club captain became instantly inspired and deeply fascinated by the younger boy’s seemingly boundless energy and sheer physical determination to reach the school gates before the morning bell. Believing that the boy possessed the raw, extreme spirit necessary to become an elite martial artist, he relentlessly tracked him down to fiercely recruit him into the school’s athletic boxing program. After setting up a formal meeting inside the campus gym with the help of a disguised toddler hitman named Reborn, Ryohei accepted a direct sparring challenge to test the recruit's fighting capabilities. When Reborn subsequently struck Ryohei square in the forehead with a second Dying Will Bullet to trigger an aggressive transformation, the projectile completely failed to alter his mental state, merely bouncing off his skull because his baseline personality already operated in a permanent state of intense, limit-breaking willpower. He fiercely traded heavy blows with the newly empowered boy in the center of the ring, fully demonstrating his peak physical conditioning and passionate martial arts technique before the sparring match reached its conclusion.
Ryohei rallied the male students of Class 1-A to serve as the strategic mastermind and front-line captain for Namimori Middle School’s traditional, high-stakes pole-knocking sports festival competition. Operating with his signature, boundary-breaking enthusiasm, he methodically organized his classmates into dedicated defensive and offensive lines to protect their own wooden pillar while actively plotting the destruction of Class 1-B's defenses. When the chaotic, full-contact martial match officially commenced, he boldly led the charge into the opposing vanguard, utilizing his elite boxing agility and immense upper-body power to physically intercept and deflect the rival class's defensive blockers. His meticulously coordinated tactical formation ran completely smoothly until a sudden, massive surge of frantic civilian spectators and unexpected, toddler-sized interference from the toddler hitman Reborn threw the entire dirt stadium arena into absolute, unmanageable disarray. Totally undeterred by the mounting external chaos, Ryohei fiercely screamed out his boxing club's rallying cries, continuously pushing his students to fight through the structural madness and maintain their offensive momentum as the athletic battlefield reached a point of total structural collapse.
Afterwards, he materialised at the Namimori shrine grounds on New Year's Day to participate in the traditional, high-stakes New Year's family battle event orchestrated by the toddler hitman Reborn. Bursting with his signature, boundary-breaking enthusiasm, the hot-blooded boxing captain was placed into a multi-man alliance alongside Tsuna Sawada and the visiting mafia boss Bucking Horse Dino. Operating with pure, limit-breaking willpower, Ryohei fiercely charged onto the chaotic festive battlefield to contest a series of bizarre, high-speed challenges against a rival syndicate faction. Despite the mounting logistical absurdity of the holiday gauntlet and the unpredictable, reality-bending interference of various toddler-sized combatants, he steadfastly maintained his athletic focus, shouting out intense boxing club rallying cries while utilizing his peak physical agility to intercept incoming attacks. Though the competitive arena ultimately dissolved into total structural disarray and comical confusion, Ryohei remained entirely undeterred, viewing the entire holiday melee as the ultimate extreme training exercise to test his raw martial conditioning
