Biography
Power (Japanese: パワー, Hepburn: Pawā) was a Devil that were primordial beings born in Hell from human fears where she embodied the concept of blood.
After killing anything around her, Power came upon a starving cat who she decided to take under her care. She had intended to fatten up the animal with the intention of eating it afterwards. Due to its animal calls, she began calling it Meowy and had it accompany her as she continued killing anything in her path. Over time, Meowy grew well-fed but by this point Power came to see the cat more as a companion and pet.
As Makima was telling Denji that she would pair him with someone to patrol together and do small-scale missions, Power showed up telling Denji to grovel before her and introducing herself. She asked him if he was her new partner, and noticing that she was female, Denji got excited to work with her. Denji and Power go patrolling on the rooftops with Power rapidly becoming bored and striking Denji on the head as she demands blood. Denji thinks to himself that Power was crazy and wondered as to how he would manage to touch her boobs. After a while Denji, ended up frustrated that there were no devil around and Power boasted that it was likely due to her history as being a fearsome devil that was scaring all the other devils away.

Personality and attributes
In appearance, Power was a Devil whose true form was that of a tall humanoid with four arms and a mostly pale-skinned body. Her head has a pointed appearance with a red color, sharp teeth, and two circular eyes with cross-like pupils. She also has long horns, resembling how her Fiend form looked with too much blood, and longer hair in this form. Her chest has an open rib cage showing a chest cavity full of intestines up to her neck. Her arms have red coloration from hand to elbow. She has four-fingered hands and large claws. Her legs have the same red coloration from the mid-thigh down, ending in heel-like feet and she has a cat-like tail. On Earth though, she came to possess the corpse of an unknown woman or girl with long hair shown as being blonde in colour. As a Fiend, she has red and yellow eyes that form a cross pattern, sharp teeth with defined fangs, and light red horns protruding from the top of her head. If Power accumulates too much blood, her horns become larger and more curved, and she can sprout additional pairs of horns from the sides of her head. Upon taking a human form, she came to be a Fiend and was known as the Blood Fiend (血ちの魔ま人じん, Chi no Majin?).
Powers and abilities
In her original form as a Devil, Power claimed to be greatly feared to the point where other Devils would flee from her scent, though this is quite possibly just boasting. As a Devil, Power possesses all of the standard Devil abilities, such the ability to make contracts with humans for a price, restoring her health by consuming blood, take over a dead human body and their consciousness, becoming a Fiend, and reviving in Hell after being killed.
