History

Pheta 7 was a substance that came to Earth in the South Pacific through mysterious means. Upon its arrival, it began affecting its environment creating an entirely new continent with a very harsh terrain that was unstable which was known as the High Frontier.

Its emergence from the deepest subterranean recesses of the Earth had created a tumultuous new continent in the South Pacific, a landmass characterized by jagged mountains, unstable weather, and dangerous mutated creatures. The core conflict revolved around the fact that controlling this element meant whoever possessed it could potentially rule the world. The villain, General Lucas Plague, sought to seize control of the element and the new continent. His Raiders engaged in a battle with the heroic Sky Commanders team, led by Commander Mike Summit, who were determined to prevent the element from falling into the wrong hands and stabilize the volatile region. The episode established the element's unique property: it could only be stabilized for containment if subjected to temperatures of 200 degrees below zero. The teams had to battle in the high altitudes using their unique laser cables because the ground conditions were too dangerous and unstable. (Episode: Assault on Raider Stronghold)

Overview

In appearance, Pheta 7 was a liquid compound that was incredible unstable and possessed mutagenic qualities allowing it to transform lifeforms into more deadlier sinister forms. It was a potent energy source as well though its unstable nature made it difficult to use as a power source. If enough Pheta 7 coalesced into a single location, they were capable of forming a ball of plasma that was capable of boring down to the center of the planet whereupon it would cause a chain reaction that would destroy the world. (Episode: Assault on Raider Stronghold)
