The Outer Gods were entities above the Great Old Ones and their ilk in power. They are said to be personifications of cosmic forces, like fertility.

In appearance, the Outer Gods was a cosmic organization whose core pantheon roster consisted entirely of colossal, non-humanoid aberrations, amorphous entities, and multi-dimensional monstrosities. They featured an incredibly irregular, drastically mismatched collective build that completely rejected standard bipedal human biology or symmetrical skeletal frameworks. The organization possessed no unified natural hair coloration, skin uniformities, or shared facial structures due to the separate cosmic properties of its individual members, presenting shifting masses of malignant tentacles, bubbles, and eyes alongside grand, formless void voids. They expanded their visual identity by entirely rejecting uniform apparel or matching corporate tactical gear, allowing individual deities to express their reality-warping domains through their physical biology.
