Biography
Nyaruko (Japanese: ニャル子, Hepburn: Nyaruko) was a member of a race of alien beings known as the Nyarlathotep.
She was was sent by the Space Defense Agency to Earth to protect Mahiro Yasaka. Nyaruko quickly falls in love with him though which she refers to as 'love at first sight'.
Explaining her lineage and the universe of H. P. Lovecraft, she declares herself to be Mahiro's protector, since aliens including Nyarlathotep find him and the Earth strangely attractive, for entertainment, auction or slavery, and she forcefully moves into his home. He gets more than he bargained for. When things couldn't get bothersome for Mahiro, Nyarlathotep transfers to his school under the name "Nyaruko Yasaka" acting as his relative and his wife.

Personality and attributes
In appearance, Nyaruko was an alien being said to be capable of altering her form. On Earth, her form was that of a young beautiful human girl with long silver-colored hair. Nyarlathotep transferred to Mahiro's school under the name Nyaruko Yasaka acting as his relative and his wife.
She is always friendly to Mahiro, eager to pursue him, but often shows abusive and brutal habits to any hostile aliens. She is also obsessed with otaku culture. She takes the name Nyaruko Yasaka as Mahiro's cousin when staying at Mahiro's house and attending his school. Her actual age is unknown since she and Kūko always stop Mahiro whenever he becomes curious or questions her age, although she states that she has already graduated from space college. She happens to be smart and self-confident, as she graduated from one of the best universities at the top of her class, and entered the Space Defence Agency after her exam. She is also quite wealthy, capable of spending a lot on otaku-related products.
In order to blend in she takes the name Nyaruko Yasaka as Mahiro's cousin even staying at Mahiro's house. She even begins to attend his school to get closer to him despite the fact that she has already graduated before.
Her feelings towards Mahiro are serious, with her going so far as eventually talking about marriage and a family together. It has been shown that Nyaruko can easily irritate Mahiro with her actions and words, especially regarding her love for him. Ever since Nyaruko confessed to Mahiro that she was in love with him, her presence around him can sometimes annoy him.
Nyaruko and Kuuko have known each other for quite some time and even went to school. Generally, she has trouble dealing with Kuuko, who loves and desires her, despite the many reasons that might hold them apart. Kuuko's love for Nyaruko is always pushed away by Nyaruko who wants to be with Mahiro.
Powers and abilities
When it comes to education, she stated to Mahiro that she graduated from one of the best universities at the top of her class, and entered the SDA after her exam.
She mainly used her own form of Space CQC close quarter combat weapons while fighting, with her weapon of choice being "Some Kind of Unspeakable Bar Thing". While in full force mode she adorns a black and red helmet with armor that covers her entire body.
Nyaruko was a member of the Space Defense Agency and given assignments covering certain worlds as well as individuals.
