Biography
Origin
Miles Mayhem was a male human who was born in the modern age on Earth. Not much was known of his past except that he had a younger twin brother named Maximus Mayhem. He came to operate on the M.A.S.K. project alongside Andy Trakker where he betrayed and murdered him to steal the Masks. In the aftermath, he came to form a criminal organization called V.E.N.O.M. where he came to be opposed by Matt Trakker who formed a team to oppose Mayhem.

Personality and attributes
In appearance, Miles Mayhem was a stout, older human male who possessed an authoritative, military-hardened physical build. He featured a stern countenance characterized by sharp facial lines, cold eyes, and a prominent gray mustache that accentuated his aggressive personality. He wore a highly detailed, olive-drab military uniform that featured formal epaulets on his shoulders, a dark utility belt, and a high-collared tunic adorned with various colorful medal ribbons across his chest. Upon mobilizing for tactical operations, he concealed his head beneath a bulky, high-tech cybernetic helmet known as Viper, which was finished in shades of blue and gray with a black protective visor completely covering his face. This specialized headgear featured integrated mechanical canisters on the jawline and lacked any traditional heroic markings, completing a menacing, heavily armored silhouette that commanded immediate compliance from his mercenary forces.
Mayhem's main goal was to use his organization to acquire the most profit in the world.
Powers and abilities
Miles Mayhem possessed exceptional logistical intelligence, expert strategic planning capabilities, and high-level proficiency with cybernetic technology. He demonstrated the advanced organizational and leadership skill required to establish a global criminal network, funding and equipping a private army of skilled operatives with heavily armed, transforming vehicles. Upon engaging in tactical combat, he utilized the absolute power of his specialized Viper helmet, which was capable of processing complex electronic data and executing advanced combat maneuvers. The helmet could mechanically generate and fire a concentrated, lethal stream of corrosive chemical acid directly from its mask apparatus to dissolve physical structures and neutralize opposing forces. Additionally, he exhibited profound mastery over psychological manipulation and tactical evasion, allowing him to successfully execute high-stakes covert operations, secure high-value hostages, and escape heavy military ambushes undetected.
Upon acquiring the Mask technology, he came to wield his own with the first being Viper. This Mask was able to fire corrosive acid and could also shoot out high quantities of poison.
He made use of a range of vehicles as part of his operations. This included the Switchblade that was a helicopter that could transform into a jet plane. Miles sometimes co-drove the Outlaw as well which was an oil tanker which could transform into a mobile equipment and weapon system. He later drove the Buzzard that appeared a Formula One race car where he jointly manned the vehicle alongside his brother Maximus. The Buzzard was able to split into component parts that consisted of two motor cycles and a remote flying drone.

- Miles Mayhem was created by Terrence McDonnell and Gary Warne where he was voiced by Brendan McKane and featured in the setting of the M.A.S.K. universe.
- In 2008, the G.I. Joe toy line released a filecard for "Specialist Trakker" that referred to Miles Mayhem where he was said to be an operative for the Cobra Organization.
