Biography
Leoric
Leoric was the noble and civic-minded mayor of the advanced, shining city of New Valarak on the futuristic planet of Prysmos. His peaceful administration collapsed overnight when a massive, rare alignment of the planet's three suns brought a catastrophic end to the Age of Science, completely deactivating all electrical grids, computer systems, and advanced machinery across the world. Stripped of technology and forced into a medieval lifestyle, Leoric answered a global broadcast from the ancient wizard Merklynn, who challenged the planet's strongest inhabitants to complete a treacherous mountain pilgrimage to his shrine in exchange for mystical gifts. Surviving the deadly environment and the aggressive traps laid by a ruthless rival named Darkstorm, Leoric successfully reached the shrine alongside a handful of other honorable fighters. For completing the quest, he was chosen to lead these righteous warriors as the Spectral Knights, dedicating his new powers to rebuilding civilization and defending his city against Darkstorm's newly formed faction of Darkling Lords.

In appearance, Leoric was a stately, athletic human male with fair skin, a strong jawline, and a prominent, neatly trimmed dark brown mustache. He wore a heavy set of metallic plate armor designed to blend archaic defense with stylized, futuristic aesthetics. His armor was predominantly silver and cobalt blue, featuring broad, layered pauldrons on his shoulders, a segmented breastplate, and heavy greaves protecting his lower limbs. Built directly into the center of his chest plate was a large, glowing rectangular crystalline shield that displayed a vivid, multi-coloured holographic emblem of a roaring lion. When operating in the field, he carried a tall, metallic power staff topped with a matching rectangular crystalline housing that mirrored his signature lion insignia.

Leoric possessed formidable physical martial prowess, peak human athletic conditioning, and a brilliant strategic mind honed through years of civil leadership and defensive tactical training.
Upon receiving the blessings of the wizard Merklynn, his physical capabilities were augmented by advanced, high-tier sorcery bound directly to his physical gear. By concentrating his will, he could trigger the holographic totem on his chest piece to undergo a full physical transmutation, temporarily transforming his entire body into a massive, powerful mystical lion capable of mauling enemies and shredding solid materials. Additionally, his enchanted power staff granted him the absolute Power of Wisdom, an infinite magical spell that could be unleashed to bestow instant clarity, strategic enlightenment, and perfect solutions to overcome complex battlefield scenarios or supernatural deceptions.
