Biography

L-elf (Japanese: エルエルフ, Hepburn: Eruerufu, L11 in German)

In the midst of a violent Dorssian invasion of the neutral Module 77, the tactical prodigy L-elf spearheaded an elite infiltration unit with the objective of seizing the Valvrave prototypes. Amidst the chaos of the school’s destruction, he encountered the civilian student Haruto Tokishima near the hangar, and without hesitation, he executed a swift, lethal strike, plunging a knife into Haruto’s chest to eliminate any interference. Following the apparent kill, L-elf maintained a cold, analytical composure, immediately prioritising the mission's tactical parameters over human life. However, his calculated worldview was shattered when Haruto inexplicably revived and attacked him, biting into his neck in a feral display of supernatural power. This physical contact triggered an instantaneous consciousness displacement, forcing L-elf to witness his own elite Dorssian soldiers through Haruto’s eyes as his body was hijacked by the boy's mind. Before the transfer occurred, L-elf had already demonstrated his terrifying efficiency by predicting enemy movements and casualty rates with mathematical certainty, yet he ended the engagement as a literal prisoner within his own skin. He was left in a state of unprecedented strategic vulnerability, his physical form now a vessel for an untrained civilian while he navigated the early stages of a conflict he could no longer control through logic alone.

In the immediate aftermath of the invasion, L-elf spent the duration of the module's crisis in a state of physical dormancy, as his body was possessed by the consciousness of Haruto Tokishima. During this period, his physical form was utilized by Haruto to perform feats of elite marksmanship and tactical infiltration, including the shooting of L-elf’s own comrade, A-drei, which effectively branded L-elf a traitor in the eyes of the Dorssian military. Once the possession ended and he regained his own consciousness, L-elf found himself bound and held hostage within the cockpit of the Valvrave I, where he quickly assessed the situation with cold detachment. Upon freeing himself from his restraints, he immediately seized Saki Rukino as a hostage to secure his leverage, only to be confronted by the reality of Haruto’s supernatural regeneration and the realization that his own body had been 'hijacked' by a civilian. Despite being surrounded by enemies and labeled a defector, he demonstrated his superior analytical mind by observing the Valvrave’s overheating mechanics, correctly predicting that the machine’s true power would only manifest once its heat gauge reached the symbolic limit of 666. Following the repelling of the Dorssian fleet by ARUS forces, L-elf was taken into custody, yet even as he was being led away in restraints, he maintained his strategic dominance by whispering a cryptic string of prophetic words to Haruto, setting the stage for a calculated revolution he intended to lead from within the heart of the conflict.
