In appearance, Killowat was a heavily mutated human male whose physical body was transformed entirely by pure, crackling bio-electricity. Following his catastrophic lab accident, his baseline human skin tone mutated into a bright, solid purple complexion that constantly radiated a faint, static luminescence. His hair was stylized into a vibrant, neon-pink or reddish mane that contrasted heavily against his purple flesh, and his large eyes were completely devoid of conventional pupils, appearing as solid, glowing white orbs. In his base state serving alongside the Team Titans resistance, he wore a high-collared, form-fitting tactical uniform that split diagonally across his torso into a dark blue and white color scheme. The suit was specifically engineered to insulate his volatile energy output and featured large, white bracers wrapped around his forearms to help ground his electrical currents during high-speed physical maneuvers.
