Biography

After the Superhuman Registration Act, Iron Fist sided with the anti-Registration forces with one of their activities targeting the Raft in search for Captain America. This proved to be a trap but they New Avengers managed to escape Iron Man's team. Stark and his comrades then approached the Rand Corporation where they accused Danny Rand of breaking registration laws. However, Hogarth intervened stating that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing as there was no proof that his employer was Iron Fist at the time. Jeryn threats of legal action against Stark with the whole encounter being digitally recorded which caused Iron Man to stand down but he warned that the would be watching over Danny's actions in the future.   • Jeryn Hogarth was created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne where he made his first appearance in Iron Fist v1 #6 (August, 1976).

  • In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jeri Hogarth appeared in the shared continuity setting.
    • In Jessica Jones, Jeri Hogarth made her first appearance in the live-action Netflix television series where she was portrayed by actor Carrie-Anne Moss. She was shown as a gender swapped version of the comic character with her being a senior solicitor that was part of the firm Hogarth, Chao and Benowitz. Hogarth often hired the services of private detective Jessica Jones.
    • In Daredevil, Jeri Hogarth briefly appeared in the Jessica Jones in the live-action Netflix television series second season where she was portrayed once again by actor Carrie-Anne Moss.
    • In Iron Fist, Jeri Hogarth appeared in the live-action Netflix television series where she was once more portrayed by actor Carrie-Anne Moss. It was established that she first appeared as a legal assistant hired by Wendell Rand who gave her a chance at Rand Corporation with her being grateful for the support he gave her.
