Frank Manchester

General Frank Manchester was a US Army officer in charge of the United States' efforts to combat the dinosaurs. He predicted victory over the dinosaurs. However, he ended up being killed when a dinosaur stepped on him, crushing him to death. Lieutenant Colonel Mitchell Stevens took over his command.

Notes

• In the comic adaptation, Manchester is a lieutenant general (three stars) and is ripped in half, a fate reserved for a nameless Army colonel in the trading cards' story. Manchester's original death of being stepped on is instead given to an anonymous soldier.
