Biography
Eleanor Zoe Bishop was a female human born around 24 years ago where she was the daughter of Robert Bishop who was one of the twelve founding members of the Company.
Her lack of control over her powers caused a number of incidents across her life. When she was 6 years old, she came to accidentally caused her grandmother's house to catch on fire. She was 8 years old when she caused a blackout in four countries in Ohio. On her 9th birthday, she was locked up and placed in a glass room with an IV of Lithium in her arm where she lived in that building for the next 16 years when she was diagnosed a sociopaths with paranoid delusions by psychologists
At one point, she used to work for the Company an was partnered upon once with Noah Bennet. On one of their assignments, they investigated the newly awakened abilities of Sylar after he killed his first victim Brian Davis. The death caused Sylvar to experience remorse and the guilty caused him to try to kill himself by hanging. However, Elle arrived in time where she cut the rope with a well placed electrical strike and was by Sylar's side when he regained consciousness. She began to comfort him and made him believe that the rope broke on its own with this being a sign that he was meant to live. Elle then left and returned to the Company van parked outside where she asked Bennet why they did not take Sylar back to headquarters. Noah though said that it had been decided to continue to observe Sylar so that they could see his powers develop over time in his natural environment.

In appearance, Elle Bishop was an exceptionally stunning, slender, and athletic Caucasian young woman who possessed a remarkably confident, flirtatious demeanor, striking blue eyes, and long blonde hair styled with prominent bangs. Intentionally cultivating a highly fashionable, modern, and deceptively harmless civilian aesthetic to move smoothly through the ordinary world, she completely rejected flamboyant superhero spandex, tactical body armor plates, or protective facial masks. Instead, her primary operational wardrobe consisted of casual but sophisticated civilian street garments, typically dressing in a form-fitting blue collared blouse paired with casual dark trousers and practical footwear suitable for sudden combat movements. This stylish, unbothered attire allowed her to blend seamlessly into public environments, presenting a cheerful, attractive image that stood in chilling, calculated contrast to the absolute sadism and wide-eyed, manic grin she displayed whenever she prepared to torture her targets on the battlefield. It was said that originally she was a normal girl who loved unicorns and rainbows. This changed when her father brought her in for testing and she was subjected to electric shocks.
Due to being locked away, she had never gone on a date nor been on a roller coaster or even been swimming.
Powers and abilities
Elle Bishop was an evolved human who gained the ability to generate and manipulate electricity. With this power, she could discharge and even direct electrical arcs at will which she could use to achieve various feats. It was shown that she could use it to weld a lock, blast an object, knock a person unconscious and even kill a person. Though able to manipulate electricity, she was not immune to her own power and could give herself an electrical shock and leaving her in great pain.
Elle Bishop possessed the extraordinary, highly destructive capability of electrical manipulation, allowing her organic cellular structure to generate, control, and discharge pure high-voltage currents. By channeling her internal biological energy outward, she could instantaneously shoot blinding, crackling bolts of blue lightning directly from her bare hands and fingertips, delivering fatal shocks capable of instantly frying a target's nervous system and charring human flesh. She wielded an exceptional level of telemetric control over this electrical current, utilizing its high-temperature thermal properties to seamlessly weld heavy steel doors shut or short-circuit complex industrial security networks from a distance. Furthermore, her unique physiology was supernaturally augmented to act as a natural electrical ground, granting her total personal immunity to high-voltage shocks and allowing her to fluidly manipulate nearby electrical grids to systematically override an adversary's defenses with complete precision.
