Sergeant Eddie Dwyer was a Chicago police officer whom Dr. Mark Kenniston and Harry Schwartz attempted to warn about the clone following the attack on the diner where Harry worked. Dwyer did not believe and, preoccupied with an unprecedented influx of missing persons reports, brushed them off.
