Her actions were focused on the construction of a highly sophisticated exoskeleton, which featured a set of transparent, solar-powered wings and a pair of gauntlets designed to fire high-frequency sonic 'stingers'. During this time, she performed several diagnostic checks on the suit's flight systems and weapon arrays, ensuring the mechanical components responded to her movements. After completing the assembly, she donned the full uniform, including a cowl that completely hid her features, and checked her reflection to ensure her identity was secure. Her final recorded action in this debut was her departure from her workspace as she set out to infiltrate the Teen Titans' headquarters in Southampton, intending to execute a calculated 'attack' on the team to create a scenario where Mal could prove his worth. (Teen Titans v1 #45) She later enacted her plan to improve Mal Duncan's standing by launching a surprise, non-lethal assault on the Teen Titans at their sanctuary. Donning her completed high-tech exoskeleton, she breached the team's headquarters and utilized her solar-powered wings to maintain a persistent aerial advantage during the skirmish. She targeted her teammates with precision, firing sonic disruptors—which she termed 'stingers' that effectively disorientated and incapacitated experienced heroes, including Wonder Girl and Robin. Throughout the altercation, she intentionally directed the brunt of her 'villainous' offensive toward Mal, forcing him into a defensive position to showcase his combat prowess in front of his peers. Despite the intensity of her attack, she maintained a tactical restraint to ensure no permanent harm occurred. Once she satisfied her objective of making Mal appear as a capable defender, she utilized her suit’s enhanced speed and agility to successfully evade capture and escape the facility without her true identity being compromised.
