Biography
Bridget Flynn
After the sudden death of Captain Dynamo, Bridget Flynn was approached in Hollywood by Madeline Warner, who revealed the truth of Bridget’s parentage. Following a procedure that exposed her to specific radiation, Bridget found her dormant physiology transformed, granting her the same immense physical power and invulnerability once possessed by her father. Alongside four newly discovered half-siblings, she traveled to Tower City to confront a paramilitary organization known as the Veil, which had launched a full-scale assault on the downtown district. Utilizing her newfound strength, she engaged the invaders' heavy artillery, famously hoisting an armored tank over her head and hurling it a full city block to neutralize a concentrated fire position. Despite her individual success in the skirmish, she was forced to regroup with the others when one of her brothers was abducted during the chaos, eventually tracking the enemy to their headquarters to complete a high-stakes extraction. (Dynamo 5 v1 #1) Bridget Flynn arrived at a hidden laboratory to find her brother, Hector, being held captive and experimented upon by the Veil. Alongside her other half-siblings, she engaged the organization’s enhanced security forces in a high-intensity skirmish, using her invulnerability to shield her team from heavy weapon fire. When a massive, armored guardian was deployed to stop them, she struck the machine with enough force to shatter its plating, creating an opening for the group to breach the containment unit. After liberating Hector, she helped carry him to safety while fending off pursuing aircraft, eventually returning to the sanctuary of their hidden base to recover from the exhaustion of their first collective mission.
