The Bloated Woman is an avatar of Nyarlathotep appearing as a massive blasphemous bloated woman with tentacles for arms and the classic Cthulhu Mythos profusion of tentacles sprouting from various locations across her body. Her flesh is flabby and a repulsive sickly yellow grey colour.
She is worshiped by a cult known as "The order of The Bloated Woman" based primarily in Shanghai.
