Biography
Alberto Falcone
Around this time, various Gotham City criminals were being murdered by a mysterious vigilante known as the Holiday Killer, a killer known for striking on holidays, killing with his signature weapon, a .22 pistol, and leaving small holiday-themed objects at the scene of the crime. At first, the murdered criminals are connected to Carmine Falcone, starting with the death of his nephew, Johnny Viti. "The Irish", a gang of Irish hitmen for hire, are all put under Carmine Falcone's payroll to kill then-district-attorney Harvey Dent by blowing up his house. Later, on Thanksgiving, they are all murdered in a hotel banquet room as they sit down to eat Thanksgiving dinner. By Christmas, Milos Grappa, Carmine Falcone's bodyguard was murdered in front of Don's building. It initially seemed to be the work of one of Falcone's rivals. On New Year's Eve, however, Alberto Falcone was apparently killed by Holiday during a party on board Falcone's yacht. His body was then found and identified by his father and Jasper Dolan, the Gotham City coroner. (Batman: The Long Halloween v1 #3)

- In Batman: Arkham Origins, Alberto Falcone appeared in the video game where he was voiced by actor Quinton Flynn. His GCPD profile stated that he was a Black Sheep of the well known Falcone family with medical records showing a history of mental instability. The authorities did not know the full extent of his involvement with the family's alleged criminal activities. Hugo Strange suggested that Falcone suffered from dissociative identity disorder though no active investigation was made on Alberto though a mental warning suggested that it was only a time before he snapped. He was kidnapped by the Penguin and tortured with the intention of using Alberto Falcone to convince his father to retire from the weapon business.
