Biography
Miguel Santos
Santos was a determined high school student from East Los Angeles who was deeply driven to investigate the truth behind his late father's involvement with a radical extremist group called the Legion of Living Lightning. Sneaking into the abandoned mountain ruins of the group's old headquarters, Miguel accidentally tripped the controls of a massive, leftover lightning machine, exposing his physical body to a violent surge of high-voltage electroplasma that instantly transformed him into a being of living energy. Overwhelmed by the sudden influx of power, a highly confused and disoriented Miguel went on an accidental rampage through Fullerton, California, drawing the immediate intervention of the West Coast Avengers, who mistook his severe panic for an intentional supervillain assault.
